What we collect. When you sign up, we collect your name, mobile phone number, the locations and sports you want alerts for, and your alert preferences. If you subscribe to a paid tier, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details.
How we use it. We use your information to deliver the conditions alerts you requested, manage your subscription, and communicate with you about the service. We use forecast and usage data to improve alert quality.
SMS consent and third parties. Your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver Far Reach alerts and service messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties. We share data only with the service providers required to operate Far Reach (e.g., our SMS delivery provider and payment processor), and only for that purpose.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us to delete your information entirely.
